Rates below (in € per week) are almost all-inclusive. Included are: tourist taxes, water, gas, heating, cleaning, bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels. Unless indicated otherwise in the rental contract, the cost of normal use of electricity is also included in the price, with a maximum of 350 kw/h per week. The cost of electricity used above 350 kw/h will be deducted from the deposit - at cost price - after the stay

Prices are full week and maximum prices, assuming use of the maximum capacity of 24 people stated.
- Actual prices charged can depend on the number of bedrooms used and the length of the stay in our home.
- Most of the time we only take full week bookings with changeover on Saturday. In some cases, we may accept a stay of minimum 3 nights.
- Based on booking statuses, we reserve the right to modify (reduce) prices or offer last-minute deals.

A booking is guaranteed as soon as a 30% down payment is received.
A deposit of 500€ will be asked.
